IDF eliminates Hezbollah terrorist who killed Captain David Hazutt in Lebanon
The IDF eliminated a Hezbollah terrorist following an overnight encounter in Deir Siryan, southern Lebanon, in which Captain David Hazutt was killed. Golani Brigade soldiers encountered the terrorist after entering a suspicious structure. Another IDF soldier was lightly wounded in the clash. Following extensive searches, soldiers located the terrorist in a nearby structure and eliminated him. The IDF stated it will continue operations to remove threats to its forces and prevent Hezbollah from harming Israeli civilians and soldiers.
