US Navy warns MV RUDRA over alleged illegal Iranian cargo transfer

The US Navy hailed the merchant vessel MV RUDRA for allegedly conducting an illegal ship-to-ship transfer of Iranian cargo in the Hormuz area. The Navy warned the vessel of potential action if it does not immediately reverse course to Bandar Abbas, Iran.
