Two severe falls occurred simultaneously Thursday morning in different cities across Israel.
In Bnei Brak, Tuvya Kampa z"l, a 20-year-old yeshiva student who had married just months earlier and studied at Yeshivat Beit Midrash Elyon, fell from the fifth floor of the yeshiva building on Uziel Street.
United Hatzalah spokesperson initially reported: "United Hatzalah medical teams are performing resuscitation at this moment on a young man around 20 years old who fell from a height on Uziel Street in Bnei Brak. We will update further."
Emergency forces arriving at the scene immediately began resuscitation efforts. The young man's condition was defined as extremely critical, and he received intensive medical treatment at the site.
Hatzalah spokesperson later confirmed: "Hatzalah organization volunteers were called to the yeshiva on Rabbi Uziel Street in Bnei Brak following a report of a fall from height. Together with medics and paramedics from MDA, the volunteers performed advanced resuscitation efforts on the 20-year-old, but unfortunately the paramedics were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene."
Hatzalah medics Moishi Indig and Bentzi Himmel, who arrived first on scene, reported: "When we arrived with the Hatzalah emergency vehicle, we found a young man around 20 years old unconscious, without pulse and without breathing, with multi-system trauma, after falling from the fifth floor. Together with medics and paramedics from Hatzalah and MDA, we performed advanced resuscitation efforts, but unfortunately the paramedics were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene."
United Hatzalah medics Yechiel Miller, Shimon Shemoni, and Daniel Yefuneh reported: "We were told at the scene that he slipped from a height of five stories in the educational institution where he was staying. We performed intensive resuscitation efforts, but unfortunately his death was pronounced at the scene due to the nature of the severe injuries he suffered."
MDA emergency medics Moshe Indig and Aharon Shrig recounted: "We received a report about a man who fell from height. We arrived quickly and were led to the victim. He was unconscious without pulse and without breathing with multi-system trauma. We performed medical examinations and unfortunately were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene."
