The Trump plan is working: Palestinians leaving Gaza in droves
An increasingly large number of Gazans are leaving the Strip whenever they can or are allowed, driven by the need for not only medical treatment but also the harsh conditions in the Strip.

Some 36,000 Palestinians have left the Gaza Strip in the last few weeks, due to the increasingly harsh conditions in the Strip and the absence of hope for a lasting ceasefire or rebuilding of the area, according to a report today (Thursday) by Channel 12 News.
According to the report, while a small number left via Israeli territory from Ramon airport and the Allenby Bridge into Jordan, most left through the Rafah crossing, which was reopened solely for traffic moving from Gaza to Egypt, not vice versa.
Only those with visas or dual citizenship, or the sick and family accompanying them, have been allowed to leave thus far. That being said, the large number of those leaving are being allowed to stay in Egypt, Jordan, the UAE, as well as countries in Europe.
Hamas is trying to conduct a campaign against this departure, calling it an expulsion and comparing it to the mass refugee movement that took place during the War of Independence, which Palestinians call "the Nakba." The terrorist group has even enlisted influencers to try and ensure people stay.
Despite this, even without formal agreements with third countries on the mass voluntary transfer of Gazans, the Trump plan to do so appears to be happening organically despite this.
