Tzav Tesha protestors once again blocked convoys of aid trucks from reaching Egypt and Gaza via the Nitzana crossing. During the blockade, the IDF Spokesperson’s words to the hostages were then broadcast on a megaphone towards Gaza:

“We have not forgotten that 134 hostages are being held in Gaza. I want to turn to them and say: If you hear me, know that we are very determined to bring you back home and we will not miss an opportunity to do so. We will continue to make every effort to bring all the hostages home.”

The Tzav Tesha movement issued a statement on their protest: “This morning, upon learning of the heroic operation of our incredible soldiers which brought about the exciting release of dear Louis and Fernando and with the pain of the falling of two Maglan soldiers, Adi and Alon ob”m, in battle in the Gaza Strip.

“Precisely today, the call from all ends of this nation – no aid will pass until the last of the hostages returns. Introducing oxygen to the murderous terror organization harms our hostages and our soldiers. It is not humanitarian, it’s direct supply to Hamas in the middle of war.”
