The US Central Command (CENTCOM) congratulated on the success of "Operation Arnon" and the release of the four captives - Noa Argamani, Almog Meir-Jan, Andrei Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv. In a statement released this morning (Sunday), the US military praised the IDF's activity and the extensive effort that led to the rescue of the captives after 246 days in Hamas captivity.

"The Israeli security forces conducted a successful operation to rescue four captives held by Hamas in Gaza. All four were abducted from the Nova Festival on October 7th, when Hamas documented the heinous abduction of Noa Argamani and presented it to the world," the statement read. "Now they are safe and reunited with their families. We send our congratulations to the Israeli security forces who conducted this daring operation, and to the people of Israel for the successful rescue operation."

It was further clarified that the "USA" still supports all efforts to secure the release of the other abductees still held by Hamas, which also include American citizens - including through negotiations and any other means. The agreement for the release of the abductees and the cease-fire that is currently on the table will allow the return of all the remaining abductees, along with guarantees for Israel's security and relief for the citizens in Gaza. This deal is fully supported by the US and is also supported by other countries, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, along with the 16 countries whose citizens are still being held by Hamas. They must all be freed - now."
