Is a new massive operation underway? IDF calls on ALL civilians in Gaza City to evacuate

The IDF dropped fliers today (Wednesday) calling on all residents of Gaza City to evacuate to the humanitarian zone.

Previously, evacuation orders were only given for specific areas such as the Shejaiya neighborhood and others.

The effort to evacuate everyone suggests that a major IDF operation covering the whole area is coming.
