MDA reported that two 21-year-olds were critically wounded and an 80-year-old man was seriously injured in the latest rocket fire towards the north, when Majd al-Krum was hit. Another five people were medium to lightly injured.

The wounded were evacuated to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for "firing a large volley" at Karmiel and the surrounding area."

Police said officers and sappers were on their way to the site of the fall and were "working on the ground to remove risk to the public."

The IDF Spokesperson reported that in the barrage into the Karmiel area and the Upper Galilee, about 30 launches were identified that crossed from Lebanese territory, some of which were intercepted.
