More heartbreak: Soldier Seriously Injured by Anti-Tank Missile in Northern Gaza

IDF Soldier from Givati brigade critically wounded by anti-tank missile in Gaza

A soldier from the Rotem Battalion of the Givati Brigade was seriously injured by an anti-tank missile in a house where he was staying in northern Gaza Strip and was evacuated to the hospital. His family has been notified.

It has been permitted for publication that a soldier from the Rotem Battalion (435), Givati Brigade, was seriously injured today (Wednesday) in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip. The soldier was evacuated to receive medical treatment at the hospital, and his family has been informed.

The fighter was injured by an anti-tank missile fired at the house where he stayed.

This morning, the IDF spokesperson allowed the publication that Staff Sergeant (Res.) Roi Shasson, 21, from Mevaseret Zion, a fighter in the Nachshon Battalion (90), Kfir Brigade, fell in battle in the northern Gaza Strip.

Roy fell during an encounter with terrorists at close range in the city of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip.

In the incident where Res. Lt. (Ret.) Roi Sasson, may his memory be a blessing, fell, the commander of the Nachshon Battalion, Lt. Col. Yoel Glikman, of the Kfir Brigade, was severely injured. The officer was evacuated to receive medical treatment at the hospital, and his family has been informed.

Yesterday, it was permitted to publish that Sgt. (Res.) Omar Moshe Galdor, 30 years old from Jerusalem, fell in battle in southern Lebanon. Galdor was a fighter in the (5111), Golani Brigade.

Three additional reservist fighters were seriously injured in the incident where Galdor fell. The injured fighters were evacuated to receive medical treatment at a hospital, and their families were informed.

Since the beginning of the war, 800 IDF soldiers have fallen.
