The IDF Spokesperson in Arabic released a video today (Sunday) on X, warning Hezbollah not to test the IDF's patience and continue to stock weapons and violate the ceasefire in southern Lebanon.

In his statement, the Spokesperson said that" "From the exhibition of Hezbollah weapons confiscated from its hideouts in southern Lebanon, a simple message: We will not allow Hezbollah to arm itself again, rebuild its capabilities, or threaten Israel's security. Do not go too far and do not test us."

Israel has increasingly been sending signals that it has no intention of withdrawing from southern Lebanon, despite American pressure, until it has solid and enduring evidence that Hezbollah is entirely staying behind the Litani River and that the Lebanese Army is doing its job in keeping the area demilitarized.

Yesterday, reporter Roi Kais noted that the Lebanese Army is facing real difficulty in ensuring this, as its forces are split between north and south Lebanon, and many of its junior commanders and soldiers are sympathetic to Hezbollah.
