Switzerland opens criminal probe against IDF soldier after Hezbollah-linked complaint 

The Hind Rajab Foundation claimed on its website on Tuesday that it had filed a war legal complaint against an IDF reserve soldier currently in Switzerland. 

According to the anti-Israel Foundation, which persecutes IDF soldiers around the world, Switzerland agreed to open a criminal investigation after the foundation submitted materials confirming the existence of crimes committed by the same soldier during the war in Gaza.

"The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) confirms that it has formally filed a criminal complaint with the Swiss authorities, which led to the opening of an investigation into a suspected Israeli war criminal currently in Switzerland. The complaint provides extensive evidence implicating the soldier in war crimes and crimes against humanity, including attacks on civilians, the destruction of homes and hospitals, forcible displacement and other serious violations of international law committed in the Gaza Strip," the statement said.
