A nine-year-old boy was critically injured in a bicycle accident in Tzur Hadassah, south of Jerusalem. The child sustained severe head and abdominal trauma after overturning while riding his bike, and was rushed to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in serious condition with impaired consciousness.
Magen David Adom paramedics Lior Levy and Hadar Avital described the scene: "We found the boy with impaired consciousness, suffering from severe injuries to his body after being hurt while riding his bicycle. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital in serious but stable condition."
