Yaakov Godo, father of Tom Godo hy"d, who was killed by IDF soldiers in Kibbutz Kissufim on October 7, interrupted Prime Minister Netanyahu's address at the state memorial ceremony on Mount Herzl. "You didn't protect my son and 1,200 murdered on October 7," Godo called out from the audience. "Shame, disgrace."
Tom was killed in friendly fire during the battle to retake Kissufim from Hamas terrorists who had overrun the kibbutz in the early hours of the October 7 massacre. His father's outburst came as Netanyahu was delivering remarks at the national ceremony marking the attack.
The incident was captured on camera as security personnel moved to escort Godo from the area while he continued his protest. The Prime Minister paused briefly before resuming his speech.
