IDF and Shin Bet forces raided the offices of the Adameer charity organization in Ramallah early this week, exposing what security officials say is a Hamas and Popular Front terror-funding operation disguised as humanitarian work.
During the operation, forces arrested wanted individuals and seized computers, documents and checkbooks bearing the hallmarks of declared Hamas funds. The Adameer charity, according to the IDF, is financed by terror money and operates to provide legal aid to Popular Front terrorists imprisoned in Israel. Some of the organization's employees took part in the attack on 23 August 2019, in which Rina Shnerb hy"d was murdered.
In a separate operation in recent weeks, IDF forces directed by the Shin Bet raided the offices of the Islamic Association for the Care of Orphans in the town of Yatta in the Chevron district.
