In a heartbreaking final act, a young Iranian man from the southern port city of Bushehr recorded a 10-minute video in English begging President Donald Trump and Western leaders to abandon any negotiations with the Islamic Republic, then took his own life. Pouria Hamidi opened the video with the chilling words: “If you’re watching this, then I’m not around anymore.”

Speaking directly to Trump and the West, Hamidi laid bare the regime’s savage crackdown on recent protests. He described it as a massacre claiming tens of thousands of lives and warned that any deal with Tehran would be a direct betrayal of every Iranian who has died fighting for freedom.“To make a deal with this regime is to betray all those people who died. So please… I beg you… do whatever you can to stop this deal.”

He spoke of total despair after hearing reports that the Trump administration was moving toward negotiations.

Hamidi said he could no longer eat or sleep, and that Iranians inside the country feel abandoned and powerless against the regime’s brutality. In his final message, he urged strong action, even suggesting that outside intervention may be the only way to end the nightmare, as Iranians “can’t fight this regime alone.”

Shortly after posting the video, Hamidi ended his life. His family confirmed the tragedy by publishing a death notice with his photograph.

This is not just one man’s suicide. It is a damning indictment of the Islamic Republic’s bloodlust and a desperate scream from inside Iran that the world is about to sell out the Iranian people, again. The regime has responded to protests with lethal force, mass arrests, and executions.

Hamidi’s video has ignited fury across the Iranian diaspora and opposition networks, with many calling it a wake-up call: negotiating with these tyrants rewards murder and crushes any hope for real change. Hamidi also voiced support for Reza Pahlavi, the exiled Crown Prince, as a figure who could help lead a free Iran

President Trump and Western governments now face a moral test. Will they listen to the voices of those dying to escape this regime, or will they shake hands with the mullahs who have turned Iran into a slaughterhouse?
