Senator Lindsey Graham gave a speech on the Senate floor today (Wednesday) sharply criticizing the countries of Norway, Ireland, and Spain for planning to recognize a Palestinian state, calling it "reprehensible" and "rewarding terrorism."

Graham further challenged the states to explain the parameters and the leaders of the state they were recognizing: "Who's in charge of this state? Who's running the place? And what are its boundaries?"

"Did you recognize Hamas being in charge of Gaza? Do you want to keep the PA as we know it now in the West Bank that's old and corrupt? What did you recognize?"
