Trump: We don't know how Edan Alexander is doing
The President addressed the question of the American hostage still in Hamas captivity, saying they knew where he was but now do not.
President Donald Trump said today that America has no knowledge on the condition of American hostage Edan Alexander, due to Hamas hardening its negotiating stance, in a statement he gave today (Thursday).
According to the Forward, Trump said that: "We don't know how he's doing...We think we know. And hopefully positive. Two months ago, we were pretty sure it looked like he was getting out, but they've toughened up a little bit & it's a terrible thing."
