Newly unsealed files reveal Epstein bragged that "Tony knows me well" years after the UK Prime Minister claimed to cut ties, while emails show Ghislaine Maxwell sending explicit messages to an address linked to Bill Clinton.

A fresh trove of documents released in the Jeffrey Epstein saga has cast a renewed spotlight on the complex relationships the disgraced financier maintained with world leaders, specifically former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair and former US President Bill Clinton.

The files, recently unsealed and reported by The Telegraph, raise uncomfortable questions about how close these figures remained to Epstein even after his initial conviction for soliciting a minor.

The Blair Connection: "He Knows Me Well"

Tony Blair has long maintained that his relationship with Epstein was brief, acknowledging a single meeting at 10 Downing Street in 2002 but insisting he cut all ties thereafter.

However, the new documents contradict this narrative of distance. Emails from September 2010, well after Epstein had served prison time for sex offenses, show the financier boasting about his ongoing access to the former Prime Minister.

In one exchange with an acquaintance, Valerie Post, who had recently dined with Blair and Richard Branson, Epstein wrote: "Tony knows me well," and suggested she invite Blair to tea on his behalf.

Additionally, in August 2009, mere weeks after his release from jail, Epstein emailed a literary agent offering to fund a project Blair was involved in called "Music and the Brain."

While there is no evidence the event took place or that Blair accepted the funding, the emails suggest Epstein believed he still had currency with the British leader. A spokesperson for Blair reiterated that the 2002 meeting lasted less than 30 minutes and was strictly political.

The Clinton Emails: "In Love"

The documents also uncovered direct correspondence between Epstein’s partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, and an email address linked to Bill Clinton.

According to US reports, Maxwell sent a message to an address with the initials "WJC" (William Jefferson Clinton) containing explicit and personal flattery. The email referenced 2002 tabloid rumors regarding Clinton and socialite Lisa Belzberg, with Maxwell writing that she was "in love" with him and making crude references to his anatomy.

Although Clinton has historically denied using email, sources confirm the address was connected to him.

The revelations come as political pressure mounts in Washington. The House Oversight Committee recently voted to hold both Bill and Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with subpoenas related to the ongoing investigation into the Epstein affair.
