Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu visited yesterday (Tuesday) together with Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Chief of the General Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi at the Central Command Headquarters and said: "The IDF is in full readiness - prepared for all challenges on all fronts." The Prime Minister also addressed the shooting attack in Ma'ale Adumim: "I commend the Border Police officer who neutralized the terrorist."

The Prime Minister held a situation assessment during which a review of the intelligence and operational activity in the region was provided. Additionally, advanced measures for handling and preventing security breaches were presented to the Prime Minister. Following the briefing, Prime Minister Netanyahu had a conversation with soldiers from the multidimensional unit.

Netanyahu during his visit to the Central Command: "Anyone who murders Israelis – we will settle accounts with him"

Netanyahu during his visit to the Central Command: "Firstly, I want to commend the IDF officer from the Border Police who courageously engaged, acted with determination and speed, and neutralized the terrorist in Ma'ale Adumim. I truly appreciate it, just as I appreciate what I have seen here today. I have just finished a very comprehensive update with the Minister of Defense, the Chief of Staff, the Commander of the Central Command, and also with the soldiers, to see the innovative means that the IDF is employing in the fight against terrorism."

The Prime Minister continued: "I remind you that until now, anyone who murdered Israelis - we held them accountable. It's a combination of human intelligence, artificial intelligence, and a lot of dedication and commitment. As I see it, the IDF is fully capable - it is true for all challenges on all fronts. I want to tell you that not only is the IDF strong, but the economy is also strong."

Netanyahu concluded: "We were informed today that 'Amazon' is investing 26 billion shekels in the Israeli economy, this is after we were informed that 'Intel' intends to invest 25 billion dollars in the Israeli economy, and Nvidia is building a supercomputer here. Well, the IDF is strong, the Israeli economy is strong, and the Israeli society democracy will come out strengthened. I want to inform you that I am working around the clock together with others on the solution."

Defense Minister Gallant: "Blessings of complete healing for the victims of the Ma'ale Adumim attack"

The Minister of Defense also addressed the readiness of the IDF, saying: "I want to thank the commanders and soldiers for their continuous, strong, and dedicated activity for the security of Israel. Without them, we wouldn't achieve anything. Our challenge also highlights the extraordinary capability of Israeli technology, both within and outside the military. The results are excellent, and yet, we still face difficult events."

Gallant continued: "And I say here, in the most explicit manner, anyone who harms a soldier or a civilian, we will hold them accountable, and they will either end up in prison or in the cemetery. I send a full recovery blessing to the victims of the attack in Ma'ale Adumim and positive reinforcement to those soldiers of the border police who, even during their routine or vacation, attack the enemy and kill them as needed. When civilians are attacked, they act as a buffer between the targeted population and the terrorists, and that is a good thing."
