Gaza’s New UNIFIL: Why Trump’s Resolution 2803 is a Blueprint for a Nuclear-Grade Hamas
Trump should unmask Netanyahu and tell the truth: Was it Netanyahu to asked him to create the "Board of Peace"? Trump would not have done this without Netanyahu's approval. Netanyahu must be expelled from Likud after welcoming Trump's UNSC 2803 which calls the Board of Peace and for a “pathway to the establishment of a Palestinian state...” the Knesset should reject UNSC 2803 and annex the Philadephi route.

On October 3, 2025 Herb Keinon wrote in the Jerusalem Post
" On January 28, 2020, US President Donald Trump stood in the White House’s East Room beside Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and unveiled what he called the “Deal of the Century.”...That plan, formally titled Peace to Prosperity: A Vision to Improve the Lives of the Palestinian and Israeli People, was three years in the making. Drafted by his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who was also involved in shaping the current proposal, it was released in two stages: an economic workshop in Bahrain in 2019 and the 181-page political framework presented in Washington in January 2020. The plan proposed a demilitarized Palestinian state on roughly 70% of Judea and Samaria, connected by bridges and tunnels, with Jerusalem as Israel’s undivided capital. Israel would annex all settlements and the Jordan Valley. In return, Palestinians would receive promises of $50 billion in international investment..."
On September 2025 Trump changed his mind and said he "would not allow Israel to apply sovereignty over Judea and Samaria".
How did Trump go from being a supporter of sovereignty to being against it? According to Aryeh Eldad it was Netanyahu who asked Trump to make a statement against sovereignty.
On September 26, 2025 Arutz 7 reported "Aryeh Eldad: Netanyahu doesn't want sovereignty, Trump is his alibi... Former MK Prof. Aryeh Eldad claims Trump was doing Netanyahu a conscious favor when he said he would not allow Israel to apply sovereignty over Judea and Samaria... Former Knesset member Professor Aryeh Eldad criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday, claiming he truly is uninterested in applying sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, and depends on US President Donald Trump's veto to get him out of it. "Trump proved that he's a true friend of Netanyahu's and did him a great service. Netanyahu did not want, for even a moment, to apply sovereignty over Judea and Samaria. He (Trump) told Netanyahu: 'Allow me, I'll take it on myself.' Now the Prime Minister has a perfect alibi when he gets home," Eldad told Radio 103FM..."
Trump and Netanyahu are friends and allies. Trump would not have made a statement against sovereignty without Netanyahu's approval. The same way Trump would not have approved UNSC 2803 which created the Board of Peace without Netanyahu's approval. It seems Trump is just helping Netanyahu by getting the blame to help Netanyahu support internal pressure from his right wing coalition by blaming the Americans.
Trump should unmask Netanyahu and say the truth: Was it Netanyahu who asked him to create the "Board of Peace"? Trump would not have done this without Netanyahu's approval.
On November 17, 2025 Arutz 7 reported the approval of UNSC 2803 "The UN Security Council on Monday approved the US-backed resolution to establish an international force in Gaza. 13 countries voted in favor. Russia and China abstained. The proposal is based on US President Donald Trump’s 20-point plan for the Gaza Strip. Its main elements include establishing an international force to stabilize the region, disarming Hamas, and creating a “pathway to the establishment of a Palestinian state...”
On November 19, 2025 Dr. Aaron Lerner wrote in Arutz 7 "...Let’s go through excerpts from Chapter 7 of Resolution 2803:
"7. Authorizes the member states, working with the BoP and the BoP itself, to establish an interim International Stabilization Force (ISF) in Gaza, which will operate under a unified command acceptable to the BoP, to which participating states will send their forces… to employ all necessary means to fulfill the mandate… to assist in securing the border areas… to protect civilians… and to provide assistance to the competent Palestinian police forces… …and when the ISF establishes control and stability, the IDF will withdraw from the Gaza Strip on the basis of standards, milestones and timetables related to demobilization, to be determined by agreement between the IDF, the ISF, the guarantor states and the United States…"
" So: 1. There is an international force on Israel’s border, whose role is to be responsible for “assisting in securing” the border using “all necessary means” - but without specifying who or what threatens the border, and from what it must be secured.
"2. The same international force is also required to “protect civilians” using “all necessary means” - again, without specifying from who to protect.
"3. The IDF withdrawal is conditional on “standards, milestones and timetables related to demilitarization,” without specifying which entity determines whether these conditions have been met.
"Let’s put away the rose-colored glasses for a moment and imagine the following quite possible world:
"...As part of “securing the border area,” the international force prevents Israel from any aerial monitoring of the Gaza Strip, as well as any infiltration of Israeli forces for operations against life-threatening terrorist targets inside the Strip...Even in the extreme case of missiles being launched at Israel, the presence of a single civilian near the facility from which the launch was carried out places the area under the “protection” of the international force..."
On November 4, 2025 Arutz 7 reported "US proposes to UN: Gaza force with mandate to demilitarize and rebuild...According to Axios, the US has proposed a UN-backed international force to govern and secure Gaza through 2027, with a mandate to disarm terror groups and oversee reconstruction...
"... The United States has circulated a draft resolution to several UN Security Council members proposing the establishment of an international force in Gaza for a minimum of two years, Axios reported Monday.
"The draft, marked “SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED,” outlines a broad mandate for the US and participating nations to govern Gaza and provide security through the end of 2027, with potential extensions...
"The proposed International Security Force (ISF) would be “an enforcement force and not a peacekeeping force,” the official emphasized. It would operate in coordination with the Gaza “Board of Peace,” which President Donald Trump has announced he will chair. The Board is slated to remain active through 2027.
"According to the draft, the ISF would secure Gaza’s borders with Israel and Egypt, protect civilians and humanitarian corridors, and train a new Palestinian police force. It would also oversee the demilitarization of Gaza, including dismantling terror infrastructure and permanently decommissioning weapons held by non-state armed groups - effectively mandating the disarmament of Hamas if it does not comply voluntarily. The force would operate under a unified command approved by the Board of Peace and in close coordination with Egypt and Israel. It would be authorized to use “all necessary measures” to fulfill its mission under international law, including humanitarian law.
"The ISF is intended to stabilize Gaza during a transitional period in which Israel would gradually withdraw from additional areas, and the Palestinian Authority would implement reforms to assume long-term control. Countries such as Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, and Turkey have expressed willingness to contribute troops, Axios previously reported.
"The draft also empowers the Board of Peace as a transitional governing body to set reconstruction priorities and manage funding until the Palestinian Authority completes its reform program and receives approval from the Board. A technocratic, apolitical Palestinian Arab committee would handle Gaza’s civil administration under the Board’s supervision. Aid distribution would be coordinated through organizations working with the Board of Peace, including the UN, Red Cross, and Red Crescent. Any group found to misuse or divert aid would be banned from participation."
Reuters reported "The resolution's text says that "conditions may finally be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood" once the Palestinian Authority has carried out a reform program and Gaza's redevelopment has advanced. "The United States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous coexistence," it says. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, under pressure from right-wing members of his government, said on Sunday that Israel remained opposed to a Palestinian state..."
Just the News reported "...Israel would also not be permitted to annex or occupy the Gaza Strip under the peace plan and a "Board of Peace" made up of foreign heads of state would oversee the rebuilding of Gaza until the Palestinian Authority, which governs the West Bank, is ready to assume governance of the region..."
On November 18, 2025 Arutz 7 reported " Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu welcomed the United Nations Security Council's approval of the US-backed resolution based on President Donald Trump's 20-point plan for Gaza, calling it a step toward peace and regional cooperation. "The State of Israel and Prime Minister Netanyahu applaud President Donald Trump and his tireless and devoted team," the Prime Minister's Office stated following the vote... The UN resolution, backed by 13 Security Council members with Russia and China abstaining, formally endorses President Trump's plan and appoints the "Board of Peace" to be led by Trump himself. "We believe that President Trump’s plan will lead to peace and prosperity because it insists upon full demilitarization, disarmament, and the deradicalization of Gaza," Netanyahu said..."
If the UNSC resolution calls for "a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood" why did Netanyahu welcome this?
Also, Netanatyahu says Trump's UNSC 2803 "insists upon full demilitarization, disarmament, and the deradicalization of Gaza" but Netanyahu knows better, only Israeli soldiers can guarantee weapons will not be smuggled from Egypt.
The Palestinian Authority will not enforce Gaza's demilitarization after 2027. The resolution says "permanently decommissioning weapons held by non-state armed groups", does that mean weapons held by the Palestinian State would be allowed? What if Hamas (operating under a different name) wins the Palestinian elections and controls Palestinian State's weapons?
Trump' UNSC 2803 erases the "yellow line" controlled by Israel and gives control of the borders to an international force, the ISF. The "ISF would secure Gaza’s borders with Israel and Egypt" until 2027. After 2027 the borders will be controlled by the Palestinian Authority. Trump's UNSC is a formula for disaster that will not prevent Gaza to be flooded with weapons.
A UN-backed international force to govern Gaza through 2027 will make the situation worse. UNIFIL in Lebanon allowed Hezbollah's missiles.
On September 15, 2025 Chris Robins wrote in Arutz7 "...UNIFIL’s mission under UN Security Council Resolution 1701 was to demilitarize southern Lebanon and permit the Lebanon Armed Forces (LAF) to regain control. How did UNIFIL perform? When UNIFIL first reoccupied southern Lebanon in 2006, Hezbollah was a recently-defeated force of about 900 full-time fighters with a depleted arsenal.
"On the eve of October 7, 2023, Hezbollah and other Iranian proxies had become the ninth-largest army in the Middle East with 105,000 armed men. They had a weapons stockpile of over 150,000 rockets, 10,000 anti-tank guided missiles, 1,000 drones, anti-ship missiles, and even a rudimentary air defense system. That's how UNIFIL performed. During the next 13 months, Hezbollah and its partners fired 16,000 rockets, missiles, and drones into Israel, surpassing the number of V1s and V2s fired by Germany at Britain during World War II. It is implausible that Hezbollah’s epic rearming - right under UNIFIL’s nose - could occur without complicity..."
The UNIFIL did not prevent Hezbollah's missiles. A UN-backed international force will not demilitarize Gaza.
Trump's UNSC 2803 will not demilitarize the Gaza Strip and creates a “pathway to the establishment of a Palestinian state...”
Netanyahu must be expelled from Likud after welcoming Trump's UNSC 2803 which calls the Board of Peace and for a “pathway to the establishment of a Palestinian state...” the Knesset should reject UNSC 2803 and annex the Philadephi route.
