After a rainy and stormy day, the level of the Sea of ​​Galilee registers a tremendous rise. Another increase is expected in the coming days, as a result of flowing streams.

According to the measurement data of the Water Authority, the level of the Sea of ​​Galilee stands at -211.515. This is an increase of 4.5 cm in the last day, as a result of direct rain.

The data also shows that the flow in the Jordan river increased in the last day from 5 cubic meters/second to 9 cubic meters/second.

Weather forecast for the next few days

After two rainy and stormy days, the weather stabilizes. There will be a break from the rain with a slight increase in heat.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy. In the morning, drizzle to light rain is still possible in the north and center of the country. There will be a slight increase in temperatures and they will be normal for this season.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy with clouds at high altitude. Eastern winds will blow in the northern and central mountains. Another slight increase in temperatures will apply.

Thursday: Clear. In the morning, easterly winds will blow in the northern mountains. There will be a slight rise in temperatures, mainly in the mountains and inland.
