Content creator Daniel Amit returned from a flight with Emily Demari when her jaw locked, her face swelled and numbness set in. After landing she went straight to hospital and shared the frightening experience with followers
"I was terrified and Emily was even more scared"
"I suffered unbearably, I was terrified and Emily was even more scared," Amit wrote. She recounted that while she tried to sleep during the flight, Demari stayed awake beside her: "While I was sleeping she sat there watching to make sure nothing happened to me."
Then additional symptoms began that alarmed her: "Suddenly my face went numb, I started getting tingling around my mouth, something bad."
The cause of the swelling was found
After landing, Amit went to hospital and underwent tests. She later updated followers on what was behind the pain and swelling: an infection in her wisdom tooth.
Amit shared photos of herself from the hospital after the flight, revealing how a problem that began in a tooth turned during the journey into a particularly painful and stressful experience.
