Israeli Boxer Ahavat Hashem Gordon Hit With Antisemitic Abuse in Thailand | WATCH

Israeli boxer Ahavat Hashem Gordon was confronted with an antisemitic incident during a trip to Thailand. While filming a video for Instagram, a man nearby began shouting curses and pro-Palestinian slogans at him.

Gordon, who gained widespread attention after his knockout victory over Turkish fighter Ali Koyuncu, posted a video on Saturday showing him speaking to the camera in Thailand. Midway through the clip, shouting can be heard in the background.

"Jewish boy," "F**k you," "Free Palestine, Free Palestine," the man yells at Gordon, apparently realizing he was Israeli after hearing him speak Hebrew.

"Just a stupid antisemite"

Gordon chose to share the moment with his followers, writing: "You got to witness a crazy moment, watch until the end. But nothing happened, just a stupid antisemite."

He went on to send a message to Israelis who encounter similar incidents abroad, advising them not to be drawn into physical violence because it simply isn't worth the risk.

According to Gordon, people who behave this way typically expect no response, but the moment someone answers them back, they actually run away, exactly as he says happened in his case.

Fortunately, the incident ended without physical harm, and Gordon continued his stay in Thailand.
