The recipe calls for just five ingredients, cornflakes, white chocolate, peanut butter, coconut or vegetable oil, and dark chocolate, and comes together in minutes before chilling in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
4 cups cornflakes
250 grams white chocolate
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil or regular oil
Pinch of salt
50 grams dark chocolate for topping
Instructions:
- Lightly crush the cornflakes by hand and transfer to a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate with the peanut butter and oil in short microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add a pinch of salt, then pour the mixture over the cornflakes and gently fold until all flakes are evenly coated.
- Transfer to a small baking pan lined with parchment paper and press firmly into an even layer.
- Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours until set. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and serve chilled.
