The Three Part Weapon
Inside Operation Narnia: How 100 Mossad Agents Infiltrated Tehran Before the War
A massive investigative report has revealed how the Mossad utilized over 100 local agents and secret technology to eliminate 11 top nuclear scientists during a 12 day war that reshaped the Middle East.

The Strategy of the Organizing Brain
Israeli security officials realized years ago that bombing concrete facilities would only offer a temporary reprieve. To truly cripple Iran’s nuclear program, they determined they had to eliminate the "organizing brain," the specific generation of physicists and engineers capable of developing a nuclear weapon. Intelligence agencies spent decades building exhaustive dossiers on 100 key figures, eventually narrowing the primary targets to a dozen elite scientists.
The campaign, dubbed "Operation Narnia," commenced in the early hours of a June morning. At approximately 3:00 AM, Israeli forces began striking the private residences of these scientists. By the end of the opening wave and the subsequent days of the war, 11 of the 12 targeted individuals were dead, including Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi and former atomic energy chief Fereydoun Abbasi.
Agents on the Ground and "Special Weapons"
The investigation highlights the unprecedented scale of the Mossad’s ground operations. More than 100 Iranian agents were recruited, trained in Israel and other foreign locations, and embedded deep within the heart of the Islamic Republic. These agents were equipped with "special weapons" consisting of three distinct parts designed for precision strikes on military assets. According to an Israeli official, these weapons contained a secret component that Iranian investigators have still failed to detect.
"This operation is unprecedented in history. We activated our assets and agents near Tehran and began ground operations even before the Air Force entered Iranian airspace," a senior Israeli defense official stated. The collapse of the Assad regime in Syria and the severe weakening of Hezbollah were cited as the two pivotal geopolitical shifts that provided Israel with the operational window to act.
Deception and Trump’s Secret Offer
Before the first shots were fired, Israel and the United States engaged in a sophisticated disinformation campaign. Reports of diplomatic rifts were encouraged, and false leaks suggested that officials like Ron Dermer and Mossad Chief David Barnea were merely planning future meetings.
While military plans were being finalized, President Donald Trump reportedly made one final secret offer to Supreme Leader Khamenei after the strikes had already begun. Trump proposed an immediate end to the war and the removal of all sanctions in exchange for the permanent closure of all uranium enrichment facilities and the cessation of support for regional proxies. After the Iranian leadership rejected the proposal, the United States joined the campaign with its own heavy bombing runs.
The Human Cost and Program Setbacks
The documentary does not shy away from the collateral damage of the war. At least 71 civilians were killed during the strikes on the scientists, including a two year old child. In one instance, a 17 year old boy was killed in a strike intended for his father. The scientist himself was eventually killed on the final day of the war while returning for his son’s funeral.
"One of the central considerations in planning the operation was to try to reduce collateral damage as much as possible," an Israeli intelligence official insisted. While President Trump claimed the program was totally destroyed, the International Atomic Energy Agency and other officials assess that while the program was set back by several years, the fundamental nuclear knowledge remains intact.
