Eisenkot vows no delay to Knesset swearing-in, accuses Netanyahu of delegitimization campaign

Gadi Eisenkot, chairman of the Yashar! with Eisenkot party, accused Likud and Netanyahu of launching a "coordinated and organized campaign to delegitimize the election results." In a statement, Eisenkot vowed he "will not allow even a one-centimeter deviation from the scheduled swearing-in of the Knesset." He said his teams are working to finalize legislation for submission when the Knesset session opens. "The days when Netanyahu used the institutions of government against Israel's national interests and for his own personal benefit are over," Eisenkot declared, adding he intends to act "with composure and determination."
