Sources close to Hamas's military wing have disclosed an operational order issued by Gaza Brigade commander Izz al-Din al-Haddad on October 6, 2023, ahead of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation. The order instructed strict information security at company commander level and above, prohibited mobile phone use, and mandated underground battalion meetings.
