IDF Chief, Police Commissioner, and Shin Bet Director hold security assessment ahead of elections

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, Israel Police Commissioner Chief Superintendent Danny Levy, and Shin Bet Director David Zini conducted a joint multi-front security assessment on Tuesday in preparation for the sensitive period in the coming weeks. The assessment reviewed the intelligence situation along Israel's borders and internally, and examined efforts to strengthen multi-front defense, combat terrorist organizations, and address nationalist crime. The security chiefs agreed on measures leveraging each organization's capabilities to ensure secure conduct of the upcoming elections.
