Iran to present nuclear proposal from Qatar-led mediators to Supreme Leader

Iran will present a nuclear offer from Qatar-led mediators to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei in the coming days, according to Axios. The proposal includes allowing UN inspectors access to bombed nuclear sites in exchange for limited sanctions relief and access to frozen funds. If no agreement is reached, U.S. and Israeli officials anticipate a week-long bombing campaign following the midterm elections.
