Kyrgyzstan's official government jet was on its way to land at Ben Gurion Airport on Tuesday morning, though no official visit by the Central Asian country's leadership has been announced.
The aircraft, a Gulfstream G650ER registered as T7-MZE, was flagged by aviation tracker Itay Blumental. The T7 prefix is San Marino's registration code, commonly used for government executive jets. The plane has been identified as a Kyrgyz government aircraft and was previously seen under the registration TC-MZE. It has landed at Ben Gurion in the past as well.
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov is currently on a working visit to the United States, where he stopped in Utah before heading to New York for the UN General Assembly. With no presidential trip to Israel on the schedule, the flight could be carrying a delegation or a minister, or it may be a stopover or an unrelated trip.
Israel and Kyrgyzstan have maintained diplomatic relations since 1992, with cooperation focused mainly on agriculture, water, medicine and tourism.
