Attorney Guy Busi, a constitutional and administrative law expert, attacked the Change Bloc this morning (Sunday) on Radio 103FM over the attempt to bring United Torah Judaism into the coalition. "How much consciousness engineering, liars and frauds - how much did you con the public?" Busi said. "This was a shakedown operation like the mafia."
On Friday, Avigdor Liberman, who for years spoke harshly against chareidim and built his entire campaign on the need for chareidi conscription, reversed course and said painful but necessary compromises must be made in order to form a government.
Liberman said it is forbidden to rely on the chareidi parties and forbidden to form a government with Prime Minister Netanyahu, and therefore the promise that can be broken is the one he made on the chareidi draft issue.
