Netanyahu attended secret Dubai summit with 10 countries on Gulf-Mediterranean oil route, regional alliance

PM Netanyahu and representatives from 10 other countries attended a secret summit in Dubai that produced agreements on an oil route from the Gulf to the Mediterranean through Eilat, joint military bases in Socotra and Somaliland, and economic compensation for Egypt due to lost Suez Canal revenue, Haaretz reports. The summit also addressed an immigration plan involving Libya. A confidential document was drafted to establish an "Abraham Alliance," conceived as a Middle East equivalent to NATO.
