Palestinian factions agree to postpone PA elections by one year

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine told Al-Arabi television that Fatah, Hamas, and the PFLP have agreed to postpone Palestinian Authority elections by one year. Separately, Reuters reports that Hussein al-Sheikh, deputy to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, informed French officials that the elections, originally scheduled for November 28, will be delayed by "several months."
