Russian activist with Israeli ID claims settlers burned his car in West Bank village
Andrei Kharzhanovsky, a Russian anti-Israeli activist who holds an Israeli ID card under the Law of Return and operates in the West Bank, stated in Arabic that settlers burned his car in the village of al-Mughayyir.
