3 Killed in West Bank Clash with Forces

Border Police undercover unit engaged armed suspects during violent unrest in Beit Rima village in the Benjamin Regional Brigade

Israeli Undercover Forces

Israeli Border Police undercover operatives shot and killed three suspects during a security operation in the West Bank village of Beit Rima on Tuesday night, following a series of attacks on Israeli forces in the area.

The Border Police's Jerusalem-based undercover unit, known as mista'arvim, operatives who work disguised as Palestinians, entered the village to locate and arrest individuals suspected of involvement in recent violent incidents targeting security personnel.

During the operation, violent clashes erupted, with stones thrown at the Israeli forces. The undercover operatives identified armed suspects who posed an immediate threat to the security forces and neutralized three of them with targeted fire.

Israeli police and military officials stated that "security forces will continue to act decisively against any hostile element that attempts to harm public security and endanger the safety of security forces."
