Toddler Hospitalized After Fall in Bnei Brak

Hatzalah volunteers were dispatched Friday to Rav Shach Street in Bnei Brak following a report of a toddler who had fallen from a height. Working alongside MDA paramedics, the emergency responders treated a two-year-old girl at the scene before evacuating her in moderate condition to Schneider Children's Medical Center in Petach Tikva for continued care.

According to the initial report, the toddler fell approximately one meter and was found with altered consciousness when emergency crews arrived. She sustained head trauma as a result of the fall.

Hatzalah Chairman Ushi Shlomovitz and Hatzalah medics Menachem Zinger and Meir Azoulay reported: "When we arrived at the scene with Hatzalah and MDA ambulances, we found a two-year-old girl with altered consciousness suffering from head trauma after falling from a height of approximately one meter. Together with MDA medics, we provided initial medical treatment and evacuated her in moderate condition for continued care at Schneider Children's Medical Center in Petach Tikva."

Rav Shach Street in Bnei Brak is one of the city's main thoroughfares, and several emergency incidents have been recorded there in recent days. Several days ago, two haredi sisters were injured on the same street in a traffic accident, sustaining head and limb injuries after being struck by a private vehicle.
