Trump makes series of statements on Iran, claims Strait of Hormuz belongs to US

President Trump issued multiple statements regarding Iran, saying "We have to finish the matter, and the only question is in what way we want to do it: the pleasant way or the less pleasant way. You will find out very soon." He claimed Iran's oil minister said "I'm resigning because our country is finished," and stated he receives calls from world leaders thanking him for "the war on Iran," asking them when they intend to pay for it. Trump added "We are carrying the whole world on our shoulders" and declared "The Strait of Hormuz belongs to the United States of America."
