For the second time in as many weeks, Israeli superstar Omer Adam was forced to cancel his sold-out concert in Petah Tikva Sunday evening after the IDF Home Front Command issued security instructions amid fears of an imminent Iranian strike on Israeli territory.
Minutes before he was set to take the stage, Adam posted a personal message to his followers on Instagram, the disappointment unmistakable.
"Partners, I don't know what to say to you anymore," he wrote. "I'm here at the stadium. We prepared the night of your lives for you. But apparently the Iranians have other plans for us."
He added: "We apologize in advance. I love you. According to current instructions, the show will be postponed. We'll update later on what we're doing. Stay safe, don't lose hope. I love you, forgive me."
