A chilling scene in the streets of Beersheba ended in a dramatic act of bravery today after an unarmed Haredi soldier managed to neutralize a woman wielding two knives at the height of a rocket siren.
Viral footage from the scene shows a woman, reportedly in an unstable mental state, brandishing two knives and threatening terrified passersby.
- The Confrontation: Civilians are heard in the recordings warning others to stay away as the woman moved through the streets. At one point, she reportedly grabbed a random pedestrian, appearing ready to strike.
