IDF expands Gaza offensive, hits 75+ terrorist targets in one day | WATCH
Airstrikes and ground ops span the Gaza Strip as Israel ramps up pressure on terror groups with targeted attacks and eliminations.
IDF forces in the Southern Command continue to operate under the guidance of the Intelligence Directorate and Shin Bet against Hamas throughout the Gaza Strip. As part of Operation 'Gideon's Chariots', over the past 24 hours, the forces eliminated several militants across the strip, attacked and destroyed military structures, weapons storage facilities, and sniper positions.
Operation Gideon's Chariots is in full swing with five divisions operating throughout the Gaza Strip to eliminate remaining Hamas military formations.
Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, have stated that the operation aims to either force Hamas to accept a hostage release deal on Israel's terms or completely eliminate the group's remaining forces in Gaza.
