The IDF confirmed several strategic hits during the Tuesday morning briefing:
- Radwan Force Command Center: A facility in Beirut used by the elite unit to plan and execute operations against Israel.
- Intelligence Headquarters: A command site belonging to Hezbollah's intelligence apparatus in the capital.
- Radio 'Al-Nour' Station: In the village of At Tiri, the IDF targeted a Hezbollah command center embedded within the radio station's facilities. The IDF reports that terrorists were operating from inside the station to direct activities.
Strategic Context
The IDF Spokesperson emphasized that Hezbollah systematically utilizes civilian infrastructure to shield its military operations, endangering Lebanese civilians in the process.
"The IDF will continue to act with force against the Hezbollah terror organization, which chose to join the campaign under the auspices of the Iranian terror regime, and will not allow harm to the citizens of the State of Israel."
Hezbollah does not seem to have received the message.
