THE DOCTOR OF DECEPTION: Fraudster Caught ‘Teaching’ Top Medical Teams - Without a Degree
A 46-year-old Ramat Gan man was arrested for posing as a specialist nurse. The imposter reportedly forged certifications, delivered lectures to doctors at major hospitals, and ran medical training courses, all without any medical license.

A 46-year-old resident of Ramat Gan has been arrested following a sophisticated undercover investigation into a major case of medical fraud. The suspect is accused of spending months posing as a certified nurse specializing in the treatment of complex wounds and pressure sores, despite having no medical credentials whatsoever.
Infiltrating the Medical Establishment
The investigation, conducted by the Tel Aviv District Fraud Division, revealed a disturbing pattern of deception. The suspect reportedly used forged documents and professional certifications to embed himself within Israel’s leading medical institutions.
According to police, the imposter’s activities went far beyond private practice:
The Investigation
The case began after the Ministry of Health filed a complaint with the police regarding a suspicious lack of licensing. A deep dive into the Ministry’s records confirmed that the suspect had never been certified as a nurse and that his presented diplomas were "total forgeries."
In addition to his lectures, the suspect operated an aesthetics and home-care clinic in the Ramat Gan area, where he provided direct treatment to patients under his false persona.
Search and Arrest
As the investigation moved into its open phase, fraud investigators raided the suspect's office, seizing documents and further evidence linking him to the crimes.
The suspect has been released to house arrest under restrictive conditions while police continue to examine the full scope of his activities and the potential impact on patients treated at his clinic.
