In a revealing interview with Kan News, former War Cabinet Minister and current leader of the 'Yashar' party, Gadi Eisenkot, leveled serious accusations regarding the ongoing "Bild" document leak investigation. Eisenkot claimed that the damage caused by the unauthorized release went far beyond political maneuvering, directly leading to the exposure and loss of one of Israel's most critical intelligence assets within the Gaza Strip.

According to Eisenkot, the document leaked to the German outlet Bild contained information tied to a specific intelligence source who had been providing Israel with high-value data concerning the status and location of hostages.

Eisenkot noted that he was personally aware of the "operational benefit" this source provided dating back to his tenure as IDF Chief of Staff.

The identity and information from this source were part of an extremely tight circle, with only 10 to 20 people privy to the details.

Eisenkot did not mince words when assigning responsibility for the breach. He targeted both the Prime Minister and the military personnel involved in the chain of custody:

The former Chief of Staff emphasized that the leak was a calculated risk taken for political messaging that ultimately "endangered the intelligence source." This revelation adds a new, more dangerous dimension to the "Feldstein Case," shifting the narrative from a breach of protocol to the active destruction of human intelligence capabilities during an active war.
