IDF launches 'devastating' air strikes on southern Lebanon | Watch
Videos from the area indicate that this is the biggest strike since the Second Lebanon War in 2006.
After the IDF spokesman reported that Israel had launched extensive, coordinated air strikes on Lebanese soil in response toHezbollah's deadly barrage earlier in the day, local reports depicted the level of destruction in the al-Nabatieh district of southern Lebanon.
In a video uploaded from the scene of one of the attacks, you can see the devastating results of the strike - a large area of the city, including several buildings, completely destroyed.
Lebanese reports stated that the IDF has launched extensive attacks in the area, targeting high-rise buildings, including structures in rural areas.
Videos that continue to emerge from the area indicate that this is probably the most extensive attack that the IDF has carried out in Lebanon since the beginning of the war, and the largest since the Second Lebanon War in 2006.
