Israel-Gaza War
Political source: War cabinet set to discuss next steps in Rafah
The war cabinet is expected to convene today to discuss new negotiations for a deal in tandem with the CIA Director, the Mossad Director, and the Qatari Prime Minister. The cabinet will also discuss further operations in Rafah.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is expected to convene the war cabinet this evening (Sunday) at 8:30 PM at the Kiryah in Tel Aviv.
According to a political source, the cabinet will discuss negotiations for a new hostage deal based on new proposals made between the Mossad Director, the CIA Director, and the Qatari Prime Minister. The cabinet is also expected to discuss the continued fighting in Gaza, with an emphasis on Rafah.
Earlier today, minister and war cabinet member Benny Gantz addressed the firing from the direction of Rafah towards the center of the country: "The fire from Rafah proves - the IDF must operate wherever Hamas is. And so it will be. The world needs to know - those who hold onto our hostages, who fire on our cities, who spread terrorism - they are responsible. The Hamas murderers are war criminals. We will hold them all to account - sooner or later."
