Missile Barrage, Israel
BREAKING: Alarms sound in the Ben Gurion Airport area and in the central region - due to the launch of a missile from Yemen.
The surface-to-surface missile was successfuly shot down. No injuries reported.



According to the IDF spokesperson, sirens were activated all across Israel this afternoon due to surface-to-surface missiles from Yemen. The missile was successfully shot down.
The missile was intercepted outside the borders of the country with the Arrow system.
As a result of the missile attack, takeoffs and landings at Ben Gurion Airport were stopped.
Alarms sounded in Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, Ramat Hasharon, Herzliya, Ramat Gan, Rishon LeZion, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Ono, Rehovot, Nes Ziona, Lod, Ramle, Modi'in, Givat Shmuel, Elad, Kfar Saba, Kochav Yair, Latrun, Beit Shemesh, Sha'ar Hagai and many other localities.
Magen David Adom (MDA) Spokesperson's Office: Following the sirens heard in the last few minutes in central Israel, MDA teams went out to search the scenes where reports were received. No injuries are known at this time.
