That Was A Close One

Phew! "Suspicious object" not Hezbollah projectile

The IDF recently attempted to intercept a suspicious object over the north, which apparently made a mistaken identification.

The IDF said a short time ago today (Thursday) that it fired an interceptor at a "suspicious object" in the skies over the north.

Army Radio reporter Doron Kadosh clarified that the object was likely a bird or Israeli aircraft, not a Hezbollah projectile.

All sides in the north are on edge and high alert, as both IDF and Hezbollah threaten each other to not violate the terms of the ceasefire, promising dire consequences if that happens.

The IDF has already fired upon or arrested people trying to return to IDF-held villages in southern Lebanon, while Hezbollah is threatening to respond "immediately" against any "aggression" against its members and installations.
