The funeral of Yehoshua Aharon Tuvia Simcha, who was murdered last night (Wednesday/Thursday) in a terrorist attack on the Gush Etzion/Jerusalem tunnels, is taking place now.

Last night, a passenger bus at the Gush Etzion-Jerusalem tunnel checkpoint was attacked by a terrorist, who fired multiple bullets into the vehicle. Four people were injured, including one critically and one seriously. One of these was Aharon.

The terrorist was hunted down by the Israeli security forces. He tried to surrender to Palestinian security forces and gain their protection, but they instead held him, took his picture, and handed him over to the Israeli authorities.
