Treasure trove of weapons
WATCH: IDF uncovers major cache as it continues search for weapons in southern Lebanon
769th brigade seizes heavy rocket launchers, anti-tank missiles, and mortar shells.

IDF forces in the Northern Command continue operations to remove threats and enforce violations, in accordance with the understandings between Israel and Lebanon as per the terms of the ceasefire.
Fighers of the 769th Brigade located a number of weapons depots, including a mobile launcher of high-weight rockets, from which many rockets were fired at the communities of the Galilee Finger in the past year. In addition, dozens of mortar shells, anti-tank missiles, rockets, IEDs, mobile launchers and other military equipment were found. All the findings were confiscated.
Since the ceasefire agreement was introduced, the forces of the 98th Division continued their activities in southern Lebanon while maintaining the terms of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon, with the aim of preventing Hezbollah's preparations, locating weapons and terrorist infrastructure, and removing threats to the State of Israel and its citizens.
During the past few weeks, the division operated in the Al-Khayyam area against military targets. This is a town that was used by Hezbollah as a major terrorist stronghold, and from there thousands of rockets were launched into the country. During the operation, the fighters eliminated many terrorists and located and destroyed more than 300 terrorist infrastructures.
