The IDF announced Sunday that it carried out an airstrike in southern Gaza, eliminating the terrorist Adi Adli Abd Alaatzer, who served as a sniper in the military wing of the Hamas terror organization.
According to the IDF, Alaatzer had recently been advancing terror operations against IDF forces and Israeli civilians. He was also working to restore Hamas's operational capabilities in systematic violation of the ceasefire agreement.
IDF forces under Southern Command remain deployed throughout the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to act to remove any immediate threat.
